My three year old granddaughter can’t get enough of this book! Every time she comes to our home she insists on curling up to read about ChooChoo, and she’s isn’t what you’d call a quiet, curl up with a book type of kid! She loves to help me read the book – filling in all the rhyming words. She also loves embellishing the story with her own questions – “is that our pool?” – “what kind of horse is that?” “what flavor cupcakes is she eating?” “is ChooChoo a Disney princess?”. I love watching the look on her face as her little brain works to find connections as we read. I’ve purchased several books from this author and our little one loves them all, but at this point in her young life, “ChooChoo Likes to Sleep” is clearly her favorite! I consider it a “must read” for all grandparents!
